Tracy C. Miller is an Economist and Senior Policy Research Editor at the Mercatus Center. He specializes in transportation policy, antitrust policy and health policy.  He is also interested in money, banking and financial markets.

Previously, He was a fellow for economic theory and policy with The Center for Vision & Values at Grove City College. He has published articles and op eds on transportation policy, healthcare reform, environmental policy, labor markets, and other economic topics.

Tracy’s strong analytical and quantitative skills and expertise in applied microeconomics enables him to do data analysis, economic research, teaching of economics and statistics, and institutional assessment. In teaching, research and consulting he has demonstrated a passion for accurate application and data analysis to solve real world problems. He has extensive experience teaching and applying econometrics to analyze data for internal and external clients. He has taught a wide variety of courses in economics, applied statistics, and business.
